These sessions are about about an hour in length

Our in-person sessions take place in my home studio, and, weather permitting, also outside in my back yard. I am fully vaccinated, and my house does not have any pets.

With these sessions, I typically also provide you ideas, practices, prayers, personal ceremonies, or reading, you can do on your own following the session.
