For personal growth, healing, prayer work, protection, and daily connection to Spirit, there is no more foundational tool than what is popularly called the "Medicine Wheel." Each direction is a teacher, healer, protector, and spirit guide that offers you tremendous support - immediately welcome in these chaotic times. 


The class includes a 22-page interactive PDF that provides historical and spiritual context, stories, exercises, meditations and prayers to work with, including some basic Gaelic to try out. Each class will focus on one of the directions (east, south, west, north, above, below, center.) You will conduct shamanic journeys to each direction to build your personal relationship with them. (If you are new to journeying, no worries - my "Basic Journeying Guide" is included with the class.)

The Zoom classes are recorded, so while I hope you can join in live, if you can't, all the materials will be available to you. 

You'll also and learn prayers that activate each direction's powers in your life for protection, wisdom and manifesting your intentions. The class will culminate with you learning a powerful shamanic healing technique that you can do for other people.
